Save 8% with Annual Payment
Pay for 12 months in advance and get 8% off your True Online internet service fees. All three plans include a Wi-Fi router, free standard installation and no entry fee.

Annual payment covers 12 months at a time. Please arrange to cancel your service before moving out or leaving Thailand.

For flexibility, we recommend a 12-month contract. 24-month contracts offer a lower monthly rate but require a longer commitment — early cancellation may result in a fee. Installation usually takes place within 1–2 days after registration. The exact date depends on the technician’s schedule and your building’s access rules.

Free standard installation for all plans
Standard installation and fiber cable setup are included within the provider’s standard limits. Any additional work and charges must be confirmed before the work begins.
Understanding your first bill
On installation day, you pay an 800 THB entry fee. This fee is credited back through a 100 THB monthly bill discount for the first 8 billing cycles, provided your service remains active.

Your first bill includes a full month’s service after the discount, plus prorated charges for the days before your first full billing cycle begins, and 7% VAT.
The first bill is usually issued about 5 days after installation, with payment due approximately 25 days after installation. Please check your bill for the exact payment due date.
Example: True Online A1 — 499 THB/month before VAT
Assuming 2 prorated days in a 30-day billing period:

Monthly fee after discount: 499 − 100 = 399 THB

Prorated charge: 499 ÷ 30 × 2 = 33.27 THB

First bill: (399 + 33.27) × 1.07 = 462.53 THB

Bills 2–8: (499 − 100) × 1.07 = 426.93 THB/month

From bill 9 onward: 499 × 1.07 = 533.93 THB/month
Your first bill may differ depending on the actual number of prorated days and the number of days in your billing period. The 800 THB entry fee is paid separately on installation day.

How to Apply for True Online Home Internet
We help you check coverage, choose a plan and arrange installation in English through LINE @truewifi. You can check availability at your address before sending any application documents.
1. Add us on LINE
Add our LINE Official Account @truewifi and chat with our team in English.
2. Check coverage at your address
Send your location pin, or your condo name and floor. We’ll check service availability and confirm the connection type available at your address.
3. Choose your internet plan
Choose the speed and contract length that suit your needs. We’ll confirm the monthly price, included equipment and entry fee before you apply.
4. Submit documents and arrange installation
Send the required documents through LINE and confirm your application. After registration, we’ll send you the available installation appointments so you can choose a suitable date. The technician will call before arrival.
Documents Required for Foreign Applicants
Once you’ve chosen your plan and are ready to apply, please prepare the following:

Passport: A clear photo of the page showing your photo and personal details.

Lease agreement or ownership documents: If you rent, provide copies of the first and last pages of your lease agreement, showing your name and the signatures of both the tenant and landlord.
If you own the property, provide an official Thai property sale and purchase agreement or a property or condominium title deed showing your name as the owner.
If you do not have a lease agreement, a work permit may be used instead. Our team will confirm the documents needed for your application.

Identity verification photos: A selfie holding your passport. For plans without a SIM card, please also provide a separate selfie showing a peace sign with two fingers.

Thai mobile number: A reachable number for registration and installation coordination.
Your documents must be valid for more than 6 months, and your lease agreement must have more than 6 months remaining at the time of application. Applicants must be at least 20 years old, and registration is subject to approval.
Send application documents through LINE Official @truewifi after confirming your plan. Coverage enquiries do not require you to send your passport.
